College Humor Halloween Party 59 (via jroxas223)

Other than some electrical issues this party was nigh on perfect, due in no small part to:

Amanda’s eerie and wonderful ability to turn little problems into bigger opportunities
The heroic cleanup swarm that descended afterwards with spooky military efficiency
The school being an unexpectedly awesome multiroom party venue
Jeff’s “Carl from Up” costume
Zach et al.’s Settlers of Catan megacostume
Everybody’s costumes, really (and their enthusiasm for dancing)

To the guy who wanted me to play Duck Sauce “off their MySpace page”: nothing changed about me not having internet access, not having my laptop hooked up to play audio directly, and not being able to easily open a web browser between the first time you asked and the subsequent five times. If it hadn’t been so loud I might have been able to explain better, but you were clearly too drunk to understand and/or care. I definitely wasn’t trying to insult your taste as a DJ and the other things you accused me of, I just physically couldn’t play it. Next time hand me a 12”?
Thank you Amanda, Collegehumor, the cleanup crew, the awesome priest in charge of the school (not a costume) and everyone who came!

Between Jeff’s face and Danielle looking like a queen astroid this is my favorite photo I’ve seen of the night.

Justin, Alex, and Charles you did a great job bringing the jams.
