Heartbeats - Jemina Pearl
The Jemina Pearl album, Break It Up is easily in my top 5 for 2009. I read the liner notes a minute ago only to find out my favorite song writer, Anna Waronker (that dog) co-wrote a quarter of album with her husband, Jeff McDonald (Redd Kross). Thurston Moore is also all over this album making this album my teenage dream super group.
